These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and outline our returns/payment policy. Please read these terms in full before you use this website. The Cricket Boutique offers a full refund and exchange policy on faulty Items. All products are checked fully for faults prior to shipping.
As Cricket Bats are made from a natural product there is the possibility that a fault with the bat may not be initially be visible. You must ensure that your bat is fully knocked in prior to use, even if the bat comes "ready to play" or "pre knocked in". If you believe that a fault has occurred with a bat that was not down to "misuse", on return of the bat The Cricket Boutique will review the damage and pass the bat on to the initial maker. If the maker of the bat agrees that the fault was not caused by misuse then the bat will be repaired/replaced or a refund offered.
Please note that shipping/handling fees will not be refunded and Returns are at the cost of the customer.
If you would like to return a product please return within 14 days of receipt in unused condition an In its original packaging (where appropriate), include a copy of Proof of Purchase, your address and a covering letter of how the fault occurred/reason for return. Please send all returns to:

Refunds/Exchanges will only occur if the returned product is in unused condition or a manufacturing fault has occurred. NO REFUNDS will be given if faults have occurred through misuse/neglect.
If a the product is deemed to be faulty, is returned in accordance with the above outline, a refund is requested and approved by The Cricket Boutique, you will be refunded into the account the purchase was made from minus the shipping/handling fees.
